PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY FALSE HOPES. I DO AGREE THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF SCAMS OUT THERE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY, HOWEVER THERE ARE A LOT OF LEGITIMATE CLAIMS AGAINST CONSUMERS THAT DON\'T PAY THERE BILLS. SO YOUR SAYING THAT COMPANIES THAT REPRESENT CHILD SUPPORT AGENIES AND STUDENT LOANS IS ALSO BOGUS, WHY NOT FILE A COMPLAINT ON THEM AS WELL, BECAUSE YOU KNOW THAT THEY WILL TAKE EXTREME MEASURES AGAINST THE CONSUMER, NO DIFFERENT IF YOU CHARGED UP A CREDIT CARD, TOOK OUT A LOAN, BOUGHT A CAR OR WHATEVER, IF YOU BORROWED IT THEN DAMN IT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND PAY WHAT YOU OWE AND STOP TRYING TO FIND AN EASY WAY OUT BY CLAIMING FRAUD, BANKRUPTCY OR IT\'S A SCAM. GIVE ME A BREAK. IF SOMEONE OWED YOU MONEY AND THEY UP AND DISAPPEARED, WOULDN\'T YOU WANT YOU MONEY BACK ALSO, OH! LET ME GUESS YOU\'LL JUST LET THEM KEEP IT....

Sent text message related to a credit card. Not from company.

They kept trying to get my personal info.

its one of i think many companies in missouri who are in this type of business. they use programs to mask their numbers. i used to work on wall street and cold call so i am familiar with this, but they take it way over the line. they are arrogant and hang up on you, and call back anyway. they do not even know who they are calling because they ask for your name and phone number.  and no, they do not get paid for keeping you on the phone or even number of dials. if so it is very little, but they only get paid when they trick someone into sending them money. type in auto warranty scam on youtube and you can get an idea of the types of morons behind this.  with all the complaints people are making against them, i wouldnt think they would be around for much longer.

I received several calls from this number, but I was never home at the time.  I finally was able to answer the phone on Monday, December 8, 2008, at 8pm (est), and they claim they are a debt management relief program.  I immediately told them I was not interested and I hung up.  If you call the number back, a recording comes on informing the number has been disconnected.
