  1. Lucio says:

SCAM. This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India!! There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will not be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers\' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities. Also, contact your Attorney General\'s office and file a complaint. Make them aware that this is happening in your state. Read more at http://www.whycall.me/225-360-3576.html#IYUsS17af1EPbK3V.99

  2. Issac says:

I have received several calls from this company and spoken to them on 4 different occasions over the past 3 months. I\'m sick of them. Bernard Baker is the person who is calling me and because I am \"female\",  he is insisting that I\'m another person who I have never known or met before. Viola Hassam. I don\'t even live at the address they state! He has never stated what company he is from and even though he is ringing me he asks me for my phone number. Then he states that because I remember his previous phone calls that I must know Viola!

  3. Rick says:

It is a violation of federal law (both FDCPA and FCRA) for any debt collector to disclose alleged consumer debt information, including any allegation that a debt is owed, publicly in any manner other that that permitted by FCRA.  Such illegal disclosure is a violation of FCRA without regard to whether the publisher is a debt collector or not.

  4. Chuck says:

This female leaves a message and states, "I was calling to confirm your order, but I did not get an answer. This does not affect the shipping of your order". This person does not state their name or company they represent or provide a return phone number. There is no website to reference to. I am concerned of how did they obtain my information, particularly my bank acct. I don\'t know if they have that info. Is this a way to get me to this site?????????? Tired of evil, greedy people.

  5. Alvin says:

Caller tries to obtain numbers of executives. Then hangs up when it cannot be given out. Caller calls back to scrutinize the fact that number cannot be given out and only transferred to. Caller hangs up again after giving you her (small) piece of mind.
